Credit Accounts – At our discretion, we may authorise credit accounts for the use of our services. Application can be made by email: creditman@btguk.com

Payment Terms – Payment terms will be confirmed once the account has been approved but are normally net monthly i.e. payment by the end of the month following date of invoice. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms.

Anti-hacking Provision

You expressly agree and undertake not to:-

• Use or attempt to use any “deep-link”, “scraper”, “robot”, “bot”, “spider”, “data-mining”, “computer code”, or any other automated device, program, tool, algorithm process, or methodology or manual process having similar processes or functionality, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site, any data or content found on or accessed through the Site or any other content without the prior express written consent of CreditMan.
• Obtain or attempt to obtain through any means any materials or information on the Site that have not been intentionally made publicly available either by their public display on the Site or through their accessibility by a visible link on the Site.
